Bitcoin privacy wallet Sparrow releases update after AI review flags

Developer Craig Raw said version 2.5.4 fixes were largely produced by an AI-assisted review, with no issues seen that would put user funds at risk.

Sparrow, a Bitcoin privacy wallet, has issued an update following an AI-assisted review that flagged issues, according to developer Craig Raw, as covered by Decrypt.

Raw said that the majority of the fixes included in version 2.5.4 were produced through the AI-assisted review process, rather than solely by manual checking.

In Raw’s account, none of the problems identified appeared likely to put users’ funds at risk.

Decrypt reported the update as a follow up to the review findings, emphasizing that the changes were not expected to compromise user funds.
