Mutual of Enumclaw picks Kyber to modernize claims communications
Mutual of Enumclaw said it will implement Kyber’s end-to-end correspondence platform to streamline how claims messages are created, reviewed, approved, and delivered.
Mutual of Enumclaw, a Northwest mutual insurer covering personal, business, farm, and ranch policies, has selected Kyber’s AI-native claims correspondence management platform to modernize claims communications for members. Coverager reports the insurer will implement Kyber’s end-to-end correspondence system designed for property and casualty claims work, aimed at streamlining how claims communications are created, reviewed, approved, and delivered. The platform combines configurable workflows, template management and governance, integrations, AI-powered document generation, and multi-channel delivery, with the goal of improving speed, consistency, and claims team confidence. Mutual of Enumclaw President and CEO Bob Otis said communication during a claim is central to how the company cares for members, adding that it wanted technology that matches how claims teams operate. Kyber CEO and co-founder Arvind Sontha said regulations and customer expectations have changed, and that the technology supporting claims communications needs to evolve as claims teams do.
