Savills leases 20,481 sq ft at 560 Lexington Avenue
Savills will take the full third floor of the 22-story tower under a five-year lease, as Rudin completes more than 110,000 square feet of deals at the property in 2026.
Global real estate advisory firm Savills has signed a lease with Rudin for space at 560 Lexington Avenue, a 22-story office building in Manhattan’s Plaza District, according to ConnectCRE.
In a five-year agreement, Savills will occupy 20,481 square feet across the building’s entire third floor. The new office is located blocks from Savills’ U.S. headquarters at 399 Park Ave, as the firm expands its New York City presence.
ConnectCRE reports Rudin said the new activity underscores the building’s ability to attract tenants and build longer-term relationships, citing the Plaza District location and amenities.
Savills represented itself in the transaction, while Rudin was represented in-house by Kevin Daly and Craig Panzirer, with a CBRE team including Brett Shannon, Peter Turchin, Eric Deutsch, Lauren Levy, and Jacob Rosenthal. Rudin also said it has completed more than 110,000 square feet of deals at 560 Lexington in 2026.
