Schwab Crypto plans Solana, Avalanche and Chainlink additions
The expansion comes shortly after Schwab began rolling out direct Bitcoin and Ether trading to retail clients in May and charges 75 basis points per transaction.
Charles Schwab is planning to expand its crypto trading platform beyond Bitcoin and Ether, adding support for Solana, Avalanche and Chainlink, according to Cointelegraph and The Block.
The firms said Schwab Crypto started rolling out in May, giving retail clients direct access to BTC and ETH.
The Block added that Schwab Crypto charges 75 basis points per transaction as part of its retail trading offering.
Schwab’s move signals a broader push to offer a wider range of digital assets within its existing retail-facing crypto access.
