Inszone acquires Aviza Insurance Agency

Aviza’s clients in Coldwater and the surrounding Tri-State area will get access to Inszone’s carrier markets, technology, and back-office resources as the agencies integrate.

Inszone Insurance has acquired Aviza Insurance Agency, an independent agency based in Coldwater, Michigan that focuses on farm and agribusiness, commercial coverage, personal lines, and employee benefits, according to Coverager.

Aviza, founded in 1966, serves clients across Coldwater and the surrounding Tri-State area. The agency was acquired by owner Jake Eby from founder Dave Aviza in 2016, Coverager reported.

After the transaction, Aviza’s customers will be able to tap Inszone’s carrier markets, technology, and back-office resources as Aviza integrates into Inszone’s national brokerage platform.

Inszone, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Sacramento, California, operates offices in 28 states. Coverager also noted that Inszone is a national brokerage offering property and casualty and employee benefits solutions through offices across 26 states.
