Ogilvie Partners sells Fort Collins warehouse campus for $42M
The 226,000-square-foot Prospect Innovation Campus includes 11 buildings across four sub-portfolios and is ZS Capital Partners largest investment to date.
Ogilvie Partners has sold the Prospect Innovation Campus, a 226,000-square-foot industrial, flex and research-and-development portfolio in Fort Collins, Colorado, to ZS Capital Partners for $42 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The campus spans 11 buildings across four sub-portfolios, Midpoint 3, River Center, Spring Creek and One Prospect, and is positioned in Northern Colorado’s Front Range industrial market.
ConnectCRE reports the sale expands ZS Capital Partners Colorado Front Range industrial holdings to approximately 460,000 square feet. ZS also completed its fifth industrial acquisition since late 2023.
The property was constructed between the late 1980s and early 2000s, offering a mix of small-bay industrial, flex and R&D space with flexible suite configurations. CBRE represented Ogilvie in the transaction.
