Freedom Fuel network faces lawsuit over alleged $4 million unpaid fuel

The case centers on a claim that KRSM did not pay for $4 million of fuel, including supplies later sold to the Freedom Fuel network.

CNBC Markets reports that a federal lawsuit alleges fuel distributor KRSM failed to pay for $4 million worth of fuel.

The complaint says some of the unpaid fuel was sold to the Freedom Fuel network, which has been promoted in connection with former President Donald Trump’s campaign for energy policy initiatives.

The dispute is framed as a payment and delivery breakdown involving KRSM’s fuel sales into the Freedom Fuel retail network.
