E2E Networks wins ₹1,000 crore NVIDIA Blackwell GPU contract
The binding term sheet calls for the deal to run until June 2029, and the company reported Q1 FY27 revenue up 334% year on year.
E2E Networks said it has signed a binding term sheet with a sovereign AI company based in India for long term AI infrastructure, including NVIDIA Blackwell cloud GPUs and related services. The domestic entity awarding the order is expected to support the contract through June 2029, with the value stated at about ₹1,000 crore excluding applicable taxes, according to a regulatory filing reviewed by LiveMint Markets.
The company said neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the entity awarding the contract, and it noted the transaction does not fall under related party transactions. E2E Networks positioned the agreement as part of its expanding order book and business performance.
On the financial results side, LiveMint Markets reported that E2E Networks recorded revenue of ₹156.8 crore in Q1 FY27, up 334% year on year and 64% quarter on quarter. It posted EBITDA of ₹117.9 crore, with the EBITDA margin expanding to 75.2%, and net profit of ₹43.9 crore, implying a PAT margin of 28%.
The company also said the stock will be added to the MSCI Global Small Cap Index as part of MSCI’s latest index review, with 14 companies expected to be added and 19 removed. LiveMint Markets added that E2E Networks has implemented a 10:1 stock split and completed a direct listing on the BSE Mainboard, and that the shares have gained 173% over the past year, reaching a price of ₹619.
