Foxquilt launches admitted errors and omissions coverage in 10 states

The new E&O product is Foxquilt’s second admitted line, built alongside its commercial general liability offering.

Small business insurtech Foxquilt has launched an admitted errors and omissions, or E&O, product, with a rollout to 10 states beginning in September. The coverage is designed as Foxquilt’s second admitted product in the U.S., alongside its commercial general liability line.

In a statement, CEO and co-founder Karim Jamal said the E&O offering is part of several strategic additions aimed at scaling Foxquilt into a multiline commercial insurance business. Foxquilt also said the product will expand opportunities across its distribution channels, allowing its agent and broker network to access E&O through its Foxden insurance platform.

Foxden enables small business owners, agents, and brokers to instantly quote and bind policies, and it provides digital and immediate access to both CGL and E&O. The E&O product will be available initially in Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin, with a nationwide rollout targeted by the end of 2026.

Foxquilt noted it previously announced a strategic capacity relationship with specialty insurer Markel earlier in 2024, according to the report.

Foxquilt said its E&O product is expected to expand distribution across its channels and accelerate policy access for business owners via its proprietary platform.
