Core DAO plans emergency hard fork after validators earned excess rewards

According to the outlet, Core said the issue is contained, indicating it does not expect to undo or reverse activity already recorded on the network.
Core also said its planned forward upgrade will not roll back the blockchain, and it will not reverse previously confirmed transactions.
