HoneyQuote partners with Growth Catalyst Partners to fund expansion
The Florida-based digital brokerage said it has completed 15 acquisitions in recent months as part of a consolidation strategy for smaller agencies.
HoneyQuote, a Miami-based digital home insurance brokerage, has partnered with private equity firm Growth Catalyst Partners to fund acquisitions and expand its coastal homeowners insurance platform, with financial terms not disclosed.
According to Coverager, HoneyQuote said it has completed 15 acquisitions in recent months as part of a consolidation strategy targeting smaller agencies.
The company’s platform supports quoting, binding, and servicing across more than 30 regional carriers for independent agents, enterprise partners, and real estate channels, and it plans to use the investment to grow in Florida and other coastal markets.
HoneyQuote also said it will further develop sales and servicing automation, citing structural constraints in coastal homeowners coverage and positioning its platform as a bridge between carriers, agents, and customers, according to the CEO quote shared by Coverager.
