Marsh and Resilience launch cyber monitoring offering for Asia insurers
The Cyber Protect programme will be available to organisations buying cyber insurance through Marsh in Asia, excluding China from the launch, and includes Resilience’s 24/7 monitoring at no added cost.
Marsh, a global insurance broker and risk adviser, has partnered with cyber risk management company Resilience to launch Cyber Protect in Asia, a programme designed to help organisations spot significant cyber exposures before they lead to financial losses.
The offering is delivered exclusively through Marsh in Asia and combines Marsh’s cyber insurance expertise with Resilience’s Risk Operations Center, which provides continuous monitoring and threat detection around the clock to identify potential weaknesses across an organisation’s external digital footprint.
Resilience says its AI-powered service uses automated monitoring and proactive threat hunting, with human-validated alerts intended to separate higher priority risks from lower priority findings. Clients receive information on issues needing attention, along with guidance meant to help security teams decide how to address them.
Marsh and Resilience said Cyber Protect is included at no additional cost for eligible clients purchasing cyber insurance through Marsh, and is intended to complement existing cyber security measures. The programme does not require software installation in the client environment or access to internal systems, and it is being rolled out across Asian markets with China excluded from the launch.
