RPS rebrands Synergy and Jamison IP wholesale teams under one name

The move consolidates professional lines, cyber and legal programs operations into RPS, while Gallagher said it serves clients across about 130 countries.

RPS, a wholesale broker and managing general agent that is part of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has rebranded the executive and professional lines wholesale brokerage team from Synergy Professional Associates and the programs underwriting team at Jamison IP & Specialty Services as RPS, according to Coverager.

The Synergy team supports professional lines and cyber solutions for clients in sectors including healthcare, technology, architecture and engineering, and uses AI enabled tools for policy comparisons and coverage recommendations. The team also offers a storage tank liability facility with a top rated carrier.

Rob Roth, formerly Synergy’s leader and now an RPS executive vice president, said the combined platform is intended to bring together expertise, market relationships, collaboration and innovation for specialty clients.

Coverager also reports that the Jamison IP Legal Programs team will continue serving intellectual property attorneys, patent practitioners, legal aid providers and state judges. Thomasina Peele, now SVP and program manager, said the team remains committed to supporting clients’ risk management needs under the RPS brand.
