The 17.76-acre Phase II will add two speculative buildings totaling 294,700 square feet, following recent delivery of Phase I totaling 396,212 square feet.
Trammell Crow Company has broken ground on Phase II of Sewell Corporate Park in Hillsboro, Oregon, about 20 miles west of Portland, according to ConnectCRE.
Phase II spans 17.76 acres and will feature two speculative buildings totaling 294,700 square feet. ConnectCRE reports the Phase II groundbreaking comes less than a year after Phase I delivered two buildings totaling 396,212 square feet.
Clayton Madey of Macadam Forbes is marketing the three remaining buildings for sale or for lease, ConnectCRE added. Phase II was designed by MDG Architecture and is being built by Perlo Construction.
ConnectCRE also notes that Trammell Crow is concurrently working on VanRose Technology Center, a 303,969-square-foot logistics building.
