Woodfield begins delivering 25 townhomes at Woodrow House in Atlanta

The initial phase covers 25 of the 325 homes planned for the mixed-income community, with full opening expected later this year.

Woodfield Development has started residential deliveries at Woodrow House, a mixed-income community on the Atlanta Beltline’s Westside Trail, as its first build-to-rent townhomes are completed. The project marks the beginning of residential occupancy.

ConnectCRE reports that the initial delivery includes 25 townhomes, representing the first homes available within Woodrow House. Additional townhomes and multifamily residences are scheduled to continue delivering in the coming months, with the full community expected to open later this year.

The development at 840 Woodrow St. SW is designed to include apartments, build-to-rent units, and live/work residences. It will also feature 12,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving retail.

Amenities highlighted for the opening phase include a pool, fitness center, coworking spaces, pet amenities, and landscaped gathering areas, with further amenities such as a podcast studio, club lounge, and sky deck planned for later phases.
