Zeta Global and others sign leases at 1411 Broadway

The Midtown office tower’s recent deals bring total signed space to more than 182,000 square feet, and occupancy is expected to reach 90% by year-end.

A trio of companies has signed leases totaling more than 182,000 square feet at The Swig Company’s Midtown office tower at 1411 Broadway following a $100 million renovation, according to ConnectCRE.

Software company Zeta Global signed a 10-year lease for 50,500 square feet, taking space across the entire 38th and 39th floors, doubling its footprint and relocating its headquarters. Amorepacific also agreed to a 10-year, 50,500-square-foot lease and plans to move its headquarters from 1407 Broadway.

Republic Clothing Corp., currently a subtenant, agreed to a 15-year direct lease for 81,000 square feet across the tower’s three floors. CBRE represented ownership in the transactions.

ConnectCRE said occupancy at 1411 Broadway is expected to reach 90% by year-end as leasing activity continues over the past 18 months. The building’s capital improvement program included a new entrance and facade and a renovated Broadway plaza, with a new rooftop amenity space slated to open in early 2028.
