GOCL Corp shares jump nearly 15% on BSE after FY26 results
The stock opened at ₹415, touched ₹448.75, and its trading volume rose more than 138-fold, after the company reported a nearly 40% revenue increase to ₹425.57 crore in FY26.
GOCL Corporation shares surged about 15% in morning trading on the BSE on 3 September, after the company released its annual report for FY26, according to LiveMint Markets.
The stock opened at ₹415 versus its previous close of ₹391.85 and climbed to an intraday high of ₹448.75, with gains reaching 14.5%. By around 9:40 AM, it was nearly 12% higher at ₹438 on the BSE, while trading volume jumped over 138-fold.
LiveMint Markets reported that consolidated total income rose to ₹425.57 crore in FY26 from ₹304.87 crore in FY25, a nearly 40% year-on-year increase. Profit from continuing operations more than doubled to ₹279.60 crore from ₹106.52 crore, and total comprehensive income increased over ninefold to ₹1,616.94 crore from ₹177.60 crore.
The company also announced the record date for the payment of its final dividend for FY26, after its board recommended a dividend of ₹30 per equity share of face value ₹2 on 29 May. LiveMint Markets added that GOCL Corporation’s 65th AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, 29 September 2026.
