Industrious inks 12,000 sq ft Glendale deal at Caruso’s Masonic Temple
The new workspace is set to open in late June 2027 with 101 private office seats and 17 common-area seats.
Coworking operator Industrious has signed a deal for 12,000 square feet across two floors at Caruso’s historic Masonic Temple property at 234 South Brand Boulevard in Glendale, Commercial Observer reports.
The location is expected to open in late June 2027 and will be Industrious’ second site in Glendale, and its 19th across Greater Los Angeles. Industrious will create 101 private office seats and 17 common-area seats.
Commercial Observer notes the nine-story Art Deco Masonic Temple was built in 1929, and that Caruso restored it into Class A office and retail space adjacent to the Americana at Brand shopping center. CBRE, which acquired Industrious last year, uses the building as its North L.A. headquarters.
Industrious said Glendale has been a strong market, and that the company will build on its presence there. The article also points to prior expansion in Greater L.A., including a new location in Burbank and additional space signed at Sherman Oaks Galleria, alongside other Westside footprint increases. Industrious now operates more than 250 locations across more than 80 cities globally.
