XRP targets $2.14 as US ETF inflows add momentum to model’s bull case

XRP could rally to above $2.14 by late November, as sustained exchange-traded fund demand adds momentum to the token’s rebound, according to CryptoSlate’s 90-day price model. The outlet’s bullish outcome sits at the 80th percentile, nearly 59% above the model’s $1.35 reference close, but the median forecast is much lower at $1.47.

CryptoSlate points to institutional-style support behind the optimistic scenario, citing SoSoValue data that US XRP ETFs have recorded net inflows for six consecutive months, totaling roughly $474 million. The article says XRP was trading around $1.32 to $1.33 on Sept. 2 after gaining about 23% to 24% over the prior 30 days, bringing it closer to the model’s reference level.

The model also places the $2.14 projection within a wider $1.81 to $2.81 corridor spanning the 70th to 90th percentiles, with a bearish estimate at $1.05. It also highlights downside stress marks near $0.46, while noting that derivatives positioning could make moves across the distribution more abrupt.

CryptoSlate further links the outlook to derivatives activity, citing CME data that XRP futures averaged 36,600 contracts per day in the second quarter, with $10.8 billion in notional volume. The outlet adds that leveraged funds were net short the equivalent of 115.7 million XRP as open interest rose 39.6%, and says the earlier described ETF inflows and rising prices could increase pressure on those directional shorts.
