EliseAI launches Apollo, a cross-platform agent for property operations

EliseAI, a proptech artificial intelligence company that automates housing and health care facilities, has launched Apollo, its first cross-platform agentic AI tool for property operations, Commercial Observer reports.

Apollo is positioned as a new user interface for leasing agents, executives and others, enabling a single AI agent to perform tasks across the EliseAI platform. EliseAI says Apollo can execute requests and provide access to data across the system.

The company says Apollo can also deliver next steps in plain language, using both text and verbal formats, and it can handle functions such as updating messages to people who toured properties and automatically sending communications based on criteria.

EliseAI adds that Apollo acts at scale, having been tested across thousands of real-operation scenarios, and that it inherits each user’s existing permissions so it only sees and performs actions the user is already cleared to do.
