Trinsic to develop 335-unit Class A apartments in Wheat Ridge, Colorado
CBRE brokered the deal for the 5.83-acre site that Terrapin acquired for $9 million in January 2023.
CBRE facilitated the sale of a 5.83-acre redevelopment site in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to Trinsic Residential Group, according to ConnectCRE.
Trinsic plans to develop a 335-unit Class A multifamily community with modern amenities on the property.
CBRE agents Martin Roth and Eric Roth represented the seller, Terrapin Investments, which purchased the site in January 2023 for $9 million.
The land at 10101 W. Interstate 70 Frontage Rd. N. had previously housed the American Motel, built in 1975, before the motel closed in mid-2025 and demolition was completed earlier this year, ConnectCRE added.
