World Insurance Associates acquires Pellechio Family Agency

The acquisition of the Parsippany, New Jersey-based agency closed May 1, 2026, expanding World’s commercial and personal insurance offerings.

World Insurance Associates said it acquired the business of Pellechio Family Agency on May 1, 2026.

Pellechio, based in Parsippany, New Jersey, was founded in 2017 and provides commercial and personal insurance.

The agencies said the move will allow World to offer additional products and services to clients.

Coverager reports that MLR provides personal and commercial property insurance, life and health insurance, as well as consulting services, and that Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla advised World while Castano Quigley Cherami represented Pellechio.
