Capital B buys 376 BTC for about 25.3 million euros, reaching 3,521 BTC
The French Bitcoin treasury firm funded the purchase after raising about 30.1 million euros in capital and bought BTC at an average of 67,182 euros per coin.
Capital B acquired 376 Bitcoin (BTC) for 25.3 million euros, or about $29.5 million, in what the company described as its largest purchase in nearly a year. The trade brings Capital B’s total Bitcoin holdings to 3,521 BTC, pushing it ahead of H100 Group among publicly traded BTC holders, according to Cointelegraph.
Cointelegraph says Capital B funded the buy after completing roughly 30.1 million euros in capital raises, including a private placement backed by Adam Back and TOBAM. The purchase used Swissquote Bank Europe as the executing bank and Taurus as the custody provider, and Capital B paid an average of 67,182 euros per BTC.
Capital B said the firm has now spent a total of 309.4 million euros acquiring its Bitcoin treasury, at an average cost of 87,878 euros per BTC. Cointelegraph also notes that Capital B ranks 25th among publicly traded companies by Bitcoin holdings and that it previously bought 551 BTC for 54.7 million euros in September 2025.
Separately, Cointelegraph points to other corporate Bitcoin accumulation, including Japan-based Metaplanet, which acquired 2,823 BTC in the second quarter for about $222 million and now holds 43,000 BTC. It also cites Sweden-based H100 Group, which more than tripled its holdings in August after acquiring companies holding 2,455 BTC.
