Europea Seguros launches a ChatGPT app for funeral insurance quotes

Spain-based funeral insurance provider Europea Seguros has launched a ChatGPT app aimed at helping customers get funeral insurance quotes, according to Coverager.

The app, built by Waniwani, lets users ask questions about funeral insurance and receive quotes using a birth date and a Spanish postal code.

Quote results can show plan pricing, payment frequency, and coverage details, Coverager reported.

Coverager also said EverQuote plans to integrate Waniwani’s technology into its AI solutions for property and casualty carriers and insurance agents.
