AXA partners with Publicis Sapient to build Global AI Hub
The project will support AI deployments across AXA motor claims, customer email processing, and enterprise knowledge management, with an AI training expansion announced.
AXA has partnered with Publicis Sapient to develop its Global AI Hub, a shared platform intended to deploy AI agents across the insurer’s operations. The collaboration focuses on scaling AI use across AXA businesses in Germany, France, Switzerland, and the UK, including AXA XL.
AXA said the effort includes developing applications for motor claims, customer email processing, and enterprise knowledge management. The insurer framed the rollout as centered on “safe and efficient” AI, with governance and practical business applications to create value in a regulated environment.
During the announcement, AXA also said it is expanding its AI training program to help employees build practical and ethical AI skills. Separately, the company indicated that home insurance products are expected to launch in April 2026, with a panel that includes Prestige Underwriting, AXA, and Covéa.
