EigenRisk integrates GeoX property data into EigenPrism platform
The expanded platform now draws on AI-derived property attributes for more than 186 million US commercial and residential parcels, with GeoX data covering the entire country including rural areas.
EigenRisk, a catastrophe risk management technology provider, has signed an agreement with GeoX, an AI-powered property intelligence company, to expand EigenRisk’s EigenPrism platform. Under the deal, GeoX’s property intelligence dataset is integrating directly into EigenPrism, which is now available to all users. The companies said clients can access granular, AI-derived property attributes across more than 186 million US commercial and residential properties. EigenRisk added that it continues to expand EigenPrism’s data partnership ecosystem, which includes more than 40 data providers combining catastrophe analytics, hazard intelligence, and property attributes to build a fuller view of risk. GeoX data includes 100% national US coverage, including rural areas, with 12-month data recency and sub-second API response time. Deepak Badoni, President and Co-Founder of EigenRisk, said the integration deepens the platform’s data ecosystem by letting underwriters, brokers, and analysts augment exposure data with AI-derived building attributes and use actionable analytics within one system. GeoX’s Jacob Grob, Executive Vice President for US Markets, said the integration gives underwriters and reinsurers a parcel-level view of what they are insuring, building on a prior expansion that included Weatherwatch’s storm and weather risk data into EigenPrism last month.
