Trammell Crow delivers Buford Creek industrial park near Atlanta

Trammell Crow Company, along with a joint venture partner consortium led by CBRE Japan, has delivered Buford Creek Business Center, a three-building speculative industrial park in Buford, Georgia.
The development totals 686,400 square feet and is located about 30 miles northeast of Atlanta at the northeast corner of Lanier Islands Parkway and Big Creek Road, roughly three miles from Interstate 985.
According to ConnectCRE, Building 100 spans 349,440 square feet with 40-foot clear height and cross-dock design, plus 64 trailer parking spots. Buildings 200 and 300 are each 168,400 square feet, with 36-foot clear heights, rear-load layouts, and 40 and 24 trailer parking spots, respectively.
CBRE is marketing the properties for sale or lease on behalf of ownership, and the project was designed by Atlas Collaborative and built by The Conlan Company.
