GoldenTree names Ellen Conti as chief financial officer
The credit-focused firm, which manages around $70bn, said the hire strengthens its senior management team and follows Conti’s prior role as CFO at Sculptor Capital, acquired by Rithm Capital in 2024.
GoldenTree Asset Management, a credit-focused hedge fund, appointed Ellen Conti as its chief financial officer, according to a Bloomberg report cited by Hedgeweek.
The New York-based firm manages around $70bn and said Conti’s background in leading finance organizations will strengthen its senior management team.
Conti joins after more than two years as CFO at Sculptor Capital, an alternative investment manager that was acquired by Rithm Capital in 2024.
Before Sculptor, Conti held senior roles at Assured Investment Management and BlueMountain Capital Management, and GoldenTree said the firm has been active in stressed and distressed situations, including financing transactions involving Liberty Puerto Rico and Saks.
