Acrisure launches Auris AI using Palantir technology
The applied platform is meant to connect client, carrier, contract, and operational data to streamline insurance placement and service workflows.
Acrisure has introduced Auris AI, an applied AI platform built using Palantir technology, the company said. The platform is designed to organize fragmented operational data and business logic, aiming to support AI-assisted workflows for insurance professionals.
Auris AI is intended to combine client, carrier, contract, and operational data to help identify opportunities, manage placements, and coordinate service workflows across insurance operations. Acrisure’s technology leadership said the effort is focused on the real complexity of how insurance is delivered, including disconnected workflows and multi-company collaboration, while keeping human expertise involved.
Acrisure and Palantir also described a partnership that will bring Palantir’s Ontology and AIP into production across Acrisure’s business. The companies said the collaboration will incorporate additional data-driven input tied to risk selection and support broader financial services growth using Palantir’s financial services strategy.
In addition, the rollout was described alongside Palantir’s expanding customer footprint, with GNP Seguros named as Palantir’s first publicly announced commercial customer in Latin America, according to the announcement details.
