Agero partners with MOTER to automate connected incident assistance
The integrated platform is designed to handle around 13 million roadside events and serve more than 150 million vehicles.
Agero has announced a partnership with MOTER Technologies aimed at combining connected vehicle intelligence with automated roadside and accident assistance for insurers and automakers.
According to Coverager, the integration ties Urgently’s digital roadside assistance and accident support with Agero’s nationwide service network and MOTER’s connected vehicle capabilities, including claims visualization and driver risk technologies.
The companies say connected vehicle incidents will be able to trigger digital roadside and accident assistance automatically, while also generating a data-backed claims package to support more proactive response.
Coverager also reports that the combined platform is built to serve more than 150 million vehicles and manage around 13 million roadside events.
