Canyon Partners funds $67 million refi for Elizabeth, N.J. industrial complex

The four-building Kurv Elizabeth project totals more than 278,000 square feet and was delivered in mid-2024.

Canyon Partners Real Estate LLC provided a $67 million senior loan to refinance Kurv Elizabeth, a Class A industrial property in Elizabeth, New Jersey, according to ConnectCRE.

The transaction was facilitated by CBRE, and the complex was delivered in mid-2024. Kurv Elizabeth consists of four buildings totaling more than 278,000 square feet.

ConnectCRE said the property is designed to serve a range of industrial users, with flexible space sizes, rear-load configurations, and upgraded LED lighting.

Canyon Partners’ CIO Robin Potts said the financing supports a high-quality industrial asset in a strategically connected market, citing access to Interstate 78 and connectivity to Lower Manhattan and Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley.
