Diversified Partners to break ground on 100,000-SF Scottsdale lakefront
The redevelopment will convert a dated mixed-use project into a hospitality-driven waterfront destination with dining, retail, Class A office space, and outdoor gathering areas.
Diversified Partners is set to break ground in about two weeks on The Lakefront at Scottsdale, an approximately 100,000-square-foot mixed-use redevelopment on the Scottsdale waterfront, according to ConnectCRE.
The project will convert a dated mixed-use site into a hospitality-driven destination that will include signature restaurants and outdoor dining, boutique and experiential retail, Class A office space, and public gathering areas.
ConnectCRE reports that the former Charthouse property, which opened in 1984 and closed last year, is being redeveloped as part of this overhaul. Longtime tenant Forever Living Products will remain and move into upgraded office space.
At the groundbreaking at 7501 E. McCormick Parkway in Scottsdale, Diversified Partners plans to announce three restaurant and cafe concepts joining The Lakefront: La La Land Kind Cafe, V Modern Italian, and SUSHISAMBA.
