Justice Department investigates Nvidia deal with Groq
The U.S. Department of Justice Business is investigating whether Nvidia tried to avoid antitrust scrutiny in its deal involving Groq, according to a report from The New York Times Business.
The review centers on whether the structure of the transaction was designed to sidestep competition concerns that would normally arise in an antitrust assessment, the outlet said.
