Unicoin has filed a lawsuit against Uniswap Labs, seeking to cancel Uniswap’s UNI registration, Cointelegraph reports.

The complaint alleges that Uniswap’s counsel sent three letters before Unicoin’s Sept. 28 launch, and it asks the court for declarations related to Uniswap’s marks and domains.

According to the same report, the filing is centered on Unicoin’s effort to contest the UNI registration tied to Uniswap’s UNI branding and related identifiers.
