Allied Global Marketing renews 3-year lease at Woolworth Building

The tenant will keep its 28,098-square-foot, full 13th-floor office in Lower Manhattan, where CBRE puts the average asking rent at $61.3 per square foot in Q2 2026.

Commercial Observer reports that Allied Global Marketing has signed a three-year lease renewal for its office space in the Woolworth Building in Lower Manhattan. The marketing firm will remain in the entire 13th floor, covering 28,098 square feet, at the Cammeby’s International-owned property.

The landlord Cammeby’s said it did not disclose the asking rent. It pointed to CBRE data showing the average office asking rent in Lower Manhattan was $61.34 per square foot in the second quarter of 2026.

Cammeby’s said companies choosing to stay and grow at the Woolworth want more than standard office space, citing the building’s identity and the mix of architecture, fashion, marketing, design, and culture nearby.

Commercial Observer also noted other recent activity in the building at 233 Broadway, including SHoP Architects expanding to 56,196 square feet in March and restaurant and lounge Goody’s taking 5,000 square feet on the ground floor in May.
