NextHome brings 5 former Keller Williams offices into its large-office model
The franchise model, launched in May with a 5-year agreement, pulled in nearly 400 agents in four months.
NextHome says two California brokerage owners moved five offices and nearly 400 agents from Keller Williams into the company’s new large-office franchise model, which launched in May.
HousingWire reports the transitions happened over about four months, with Albert Meggers bringing nearly 200 agents to NextHome Coastal Estates and NextHome Central Coast, and Colleen Rogers shifting roughly 200 agents via three Orange County offices under the NextHome Pacific Estates banner.
The large-office model is built on a 5-year agreement and includes Full Tech Stack and Lite Tech Stack options.
HousingWire reports NextHome linked the moves to broader margin pressure and ongoing franchise and agent recruitment competition, with Keith Robinson, president of strategy, saying the model is designed to reduce operational friction and help operators protect their margins.
