110 Tower office building in Fort Lauderdale sells for $89M

ConnectCRE reports that Miami-area investor Moishe Mana bought the 110 Tower, a downtown Fort Lauderdale office building, for $89 million.
The sale involves a 394,057-square-foot property at 110 S.E. 6th St, with GEM Realty Capital as the seller.
According to ConnectCRE, National Bank of Florida provided a $66.25 million mortgage for the purchase.
ConnectCRE also said the transaction was completed as part of a 1031 real estate exchange and that the building includes amenities such as a fitness center, a restaurant, and a conference center.
