New York sues Polymarket U.S. over alleged gambling law violations

The state attorney general filed the case two months after previously suing Kalshi, also under gambling law claims.

New York is suing Polymarket U.S., according to CNBC Markets.

The lawsuit was filed by State Attorney General Letitia James, who alleges Polymarket violated New York’s gambling laws.

CNBC Markets also notes the timing, saying the new suit comes about two months after New York filed a separate lawsuit against Kalshi, raising similar legal issues.
