Nomic AI and three other tenants sign leases at 99 University Place
Four office leases total 15,593 square feet at the 10-story Union Square-area building, with suites ranging from a 923-square-foot second-floor space to full-floor commitments.
Commercial Observer reports that four office tenants have signed leases totaling 15,593 square feet at 99 University Place, a 10-story building near Manhattan’s Union Square.
The landlord, Bijan Nassi’s 99 University Place, will add full-floor space leased by design software firm Nomic AI for the entire 10th floor, therapy space provider Therapeutic Alliance Suites for the sixth floor, and construction systems developer T Moriarty & Son for the fifth floor, each at 4,890 square feet.
An additional lease went to BSQ Capital Partners, an alternative asset management firm, for a 923-square-foot space on the second floor.
Noah & Co. principal Ben Blumenthal said the leasing activity reflects tenant demand for the relatively limited supply of true office buildings in Greenwich Village that offer attributes like location, natural light, and manageable full-floor footprints. CBRE and other broker contacts were not immediately available for comment.
