SERHANT. rolls out S.MPLE 2.0 AI platform for real estate workflows
The upgraded platform is designed to coordinate specialized AI agents across tasks like CMA research, listing presentations, transaction coordination, and compliance checks.
HousingWire reports that SERHANT. said its S.MPLE 2.0 upgrade shifts the company’s proprietary AI platform from task-by-task responses to coordinated execution across listing preparation, marketing, transaction workflows, and reporting.
The firm says S.MPLE 2.0 is positioned as an “AI chief of staff” that takes a single goal, then handles multiple steps such as researching the market, identifying comparable properties, analyzing pricing, building presentation materials with the agent’s branding, and checking outputs against relevant compliance requirements.
SERHANT. says the rollout is scheduled to begin for SERHANT. agents in early October, with availability expanding across its markets through the fourth quarter.
The company also cited prior performance, saying S.MPLE has served more than 2,000 agents, processed about 54,000 requests, and saved nearly 28,000 hours. It added that agents who adopted S.MPLE over the past 24 months increased gross commission income by an average of 144% year over year compared with their prior firm, while saving at least 10 hours per week.
