Blitzy inks 52,000-square-foot Cambridge office lease at One Kendall Square

The five-year lease, brokered by JLL, is set for occupancy in the second quarter of 2027 after a 39,000-square-foot build-out.

Blitzy, an autonomous software development company founded in Cambridge in 2023, signed a 52,000-square-foot office lease at One Kendall Square, expanding while keeping its headquarters in the city, according to ConnectCRE.

The lease covers two floors at Building 200 and runs for five years, with Blitzy expected to take occupancy in the second quarter of 2027 following a 39,000-square-foot build-out.

ConnectCRE adds that the deal is the largest new office lease completed in Cambridge in 2026, with JLL representing Blitzy.

The building is owned by ARE-MA REGION NO. 59, LLC, an affiliate of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., ConnectCRE reports.
