Cargill named to Fortune Change the World 2026 list

The agribusiness said it has delivered more than 7.7 million farmer trainings globally since 2017 and engaged 2.5 million acres with regenerative agriculture programs since 2020.

Cargill was named to the Fortune Change the World 2026 list, recognizing the company’s efforts to support farmers and a more resilient food system, according to World Grain.

The Forbes Change the World program, now in its 12th annual edition, selected Cargill from about 200 candidates to be among 50 companies tackling major challenges.

World Grain reports that Cargill works with more than 140,000 farmers worldwide to provide market access and services, including training and technical support.

The company said it has delivered more than 7.7 million farmer trainings globally since 2017, and that its regenerative agriculture programs have engaged 2.5 million acres across North America since 2020.
