Cerity Partners expands headquarters at 99 Park Ave to add space

The move follows Global Holdings’ $30 million capital improvement program and lifts the tower to 98% leased.

Cerity Partners LLC expanded its headquarters at Global Holdings’ 99 Park Ave in Midtown, increasing its footprint in the building to 68,271 square feet, according to ConnectCRE.

The expansion came after Global Holdings completed a $30 million capital improvement program earlier this year, and it comes as the 600,000-square-foot tower is now 98% leased.

Cerity also signed a 15-year lease for 19,600 square feet on part of the eighth floor, adding to its existing 48,671-square-foot presence across the 15th and 16th floors, the outlet said.

ConnectCRE reported the lease is Cerity’s second expansion at the property in less than a year.
