Institute for Luxury Home Marketing launches ad-free search platform
The platform lets members publish up to 20 listings for free, and it plans international expansion.
HousingWire reports that the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing has launched The Institute's Luxury Home Collection, an ad-free public property search platform featuring luxury homes across the United States.
Each listing targets properties priced within the top 10% of its local market and is represented by a trained, vetted luxury real estate professional. The platform lets consumers search by location, lifestyle, and home features such as bedrooms and bathrooms.
HousingWire adds that the platform is available to the Institute’s more than 11,000 current members, who can publish up to 20 listings for free. GUILD Elite members receive Spotlight Listings, and the Institute said it plans international expansion.
