Jet Engine Technology buys Doral warehouse for $29.5 million
The 112,000-square-foot property at 2100 NW 88 Court sits near Miami International Airport in America’s Gateway Park.
ConnectCRE reports Transwestern brokered the purchase of a 112,000-square-foot industrial warehouse at 2100 NW 88 Court in Doral, Florida, for $29.5 million.
The buyer was Jet Engine Technology Corporation, and Casal Group represented the seller, Century Properties. Transwestern’s Carlos Gaviria, Ben Eisenberg, Walter Byrd, and Thomas Kresse represented Jet Engine Technology.
According to ConnectCRE, the warehouse was last traded for $17.26 million in 2024. The building was constructed on a 4.7-acre site in 1984 and is located in America’s Gateway Park near Miami International Airport.
ConnectCRE also notes Jet Engine Technology Corporation was founded in 1997 and is a Federal Aviation Administration Part 145 Certified Repair station.
