Wan Bridge to build 144-home AI-powered BTR community in Richmond

Texas build-to-rent developer Wan Bridge is using its AI-powered construction platform, AiWB, to develop Cadia Grant Court, a 144-home build-to-rent community in Richmond, according to Bisnow.

The outlet reports that the community is anticipated to open in late 2027, and that AiWB is designed to streamline planning, scheduling, procurement, project management, and field operations by combining artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven insights.

Bisnow also cites AiWB CEO Ting Qiao, who said integrating real-time data and smarter scheduling is already producing efficiencies intended to help Wan Bridge deliver the project faster and more effectively.

Bisnow adds that Richmond was selected for its growth, including a population reaching 1.0 million in 2025, with expectations for the population to double to 2.0 million by 2050.
