Global natural gas supply may stay tight until next summer
The outlook warned of prolonged demand destruction, with Europe already struggling to cover winter gas needs before the heating season.
OilPrice reports that global natural gas supply is expected to remain tighter than normal until at least next summer.
The outlet said the tighter conditions could extend demand destruction for longer than markets typically anticipate.
OilPrice added that if the scenario plays out, Europe could face severe strain because it already has difficulty covering winter gas needs ahead of the official start of the heating season.
The report cautioned that Asia could also be affected by the ongoing supply shortfall.
