Samourai Wallet developer describes a 30-day prison transfer ordeal
In the account, Keonne Rodriguez says a trip that should have taken about four hours instead stretched into about 30 days, including flights and multiple bus rides.
Bitcoin Magazine published an entry by Samourai Wallet developer Keonne Rodriguez describing what he called the absolute worst 30 days of his life during a custody transfer.
Rodriguez wrote that what began as a four hour drive from FPC Morgantown to FCI McKean turned into a much longer process that included two trans-continental flights and three multi-hour bus rides.
In the post, he said he had limited access to basic communications while in transit, which contributed to the delay in writing and sending the letter.
He added that six days after arriving at FCI McKean he began documenting the journey, framing the message as a way to process the ordeal rather than a traditional letter.
