XRP Ledger batch upgrade pushed to Oct. 9 after support resets

CoinDesk reports the XRP Ledger’s planned Batch upgrade is now scheduled for Oct. 9 after a validator support reset restarted the activation timeline.

The upgrade would allow users to bundle up to eight transactions, including asset and payment transfers.

According to CoinDesk, the network’s activation clock was triggered because validator support briefly dropped below the network’s 80% threshold, resetting the two-week countdown.
