Lime Technologies UK profits more than double as users surge
The company said average monthly users rose 31% to approaching 700,000, with sales up by a third to £148 million in 2025.
Lime Technologies, the UK arm of US-owned Lime, reported that its annual profits more than doubled as rider numbers surged in England, according to accounts filed at Companies House, first reported by the Sunday Times.
The company said average monthly users climbed 31% to approaching 700,000, while sales rose by a third to £148 million in 2025.
Lime attributed the gains to adding more than 4,500 e-bikes and scooters, growing its fleet to almost 38,000, after expanding into cities including Oxford in 2024 and Nottingham in 2023.
Despite the increase in trade, Lime’s UK accounts showed it employed 54 people in 2025, up from the prior year.
